This is no ordinary boat.
It’s a “bat” – a traditional, flat-bottomed riverboat once used by fishermen and traders on the Vistula River for centuries. But our bat is now enjoying a second life.
When we first saw this boat, it was worn down by time.
The wood needed care, and the shape – imagination.
Instead of treating it as just another “repair project,” we saw it as the beginning of a brand-new story…
Vistula Boulevards
The Vistula Boulevards are one of the most popular places to relax and spend free time in Warsaw. They stretch along the river and offer wide walking paths, bike lanes, and many spots to rest – from deckchairs and hammocks to cozy cafés, bars, and food trucks.
